    Do what you normally do in event goof ups.

    Bump everyone up one tier in rewards.

    Reset the equip back to the blank slate.

    Refund all dew earned, bump it up to next conversion level.

    Extend conversion for 24hrs, so we can transform it to the equip we want.

    Give bonus Sb to top tier players.

    After 24hrs when can then upgrade it. Viola issue resolved.

    I too had the best chest armor you could obtain from collecting Dew....for a week now ...today I get a lvl 10 version from preview page screw up ...now I log in and have nothing ....I hope y'all fix this

    I think grant deserves a shoutout for giving us a "working on it" comment every 30 mins or so and not hiding. And for trying a new event in the first place (even if there were plenty of problems involved)

    We're getting these items back to everyone that shouldn't have been removed. Should be almost all fixed now.
