You aren't killing a kid, because there is no kid to kill before the twenty fourth week by law (UK). It's really that simple: you cannot kill something that doesn't exist yet. The mind boggles at how some men think they are justified in depriving women of abortion.
Abortion was a kind of a big deal in the Black Community. It was seen as a way to reduce the numbers of black Americans. So they seen the abortion agenda as a negative. This was especially true of people who seen themselves as part of the "cause". I thought someone may find that interesting. Some see the gay agenda in the same light. A attempt to feminize the males, by over saturation of gay lifestyle and the medias attempt to make it trendy.
Sorry but thats plain idiocy. The only reason ProChoice is frowned upon is because people believe its inhumane, etc. All arguements revolve around morals, not people being scared of the gov't picking off blacks with abortions. If people truly believed that, they need to re-think their political standpoint
It's isn't a main stream political view. It is what it is. They don't have to re think anything. And they probably won't. Their vision and reality is different. It has to do with the fact it was pushed and advertised. Your women's rights is someone's else's genocide in a sense. Your narrative is different because that how your were taught. Believe are a powerful thing.
I get a little dumber reading your posts.. Im just going to stick to answer noob questions  My womens rights? As a women I say that that card is played too often as well. Woman don't want rights anymore. They want to be praised. Everything they do that gets questioned becomes a question of sexism. Ugh. Omg. Im not debating
Sorry you feel that way. You must be a liberal with the insult. I feel dumber for posting anything around here. The mentality of superior thinking over others rampant and silly. Instead of you investigating you insult and write off. I feel sorry for you. Open your mind some.
Never cared to learn so I have no idea what a liberal is. I just know I believe strongly in what I believe. The term "liberal" does absolutely nothing to me.
Ridiculous rebuttal. Just non sense from a second rate forum poster on a kids game. Have a nice night.
THANK GOD, a guy I knew was so adamant about Anthony Brown losing. He was lucky I didn't rub it in his face. Democrats have been in power for too long without any positive results, gotta start somewhere I guess.
How so? That's their position. They'll do everything they can to make sure the fetus gets born, but after that, they're not willing to support any programs to support the child. But if you want well thought out, I can do that too. Here's why I know that the "pro life" movement isn't primarily concerned with saving "lives" 1. Banning Abortion Does Not Decrease Abortion Rates "A comprehensive global study of abortion has concluded that abortion rates are similar in countries where it is legal and those where it is not, suggesting that outlawing the procedure does little to deter women seeking it. Moreover, the researchers found that abortion was safe in countries where it was legal, but dangerous in countries where it was outlawed and performed clandestinely." http://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/12/world ... .html?_r=0 2. The Solution: Birth Control "A study from Washington University School of Medicine shows that providing free birth control to women reduces unplanned pregnancies and abortions." https://medicine.wustl.edu/news/headlin ... ion-rates/ "What would happen if women at risk for unintended pregnancies received the birth control of their choice — especially the more effective kinds — at no cost? The national abortion rate would plummet, according to a study conducted by researchers at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and published in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology on Thursday." http://healthland.time.com/2012/10/05/s ... ion-rates/ The cause of abortions is unwanted pregnancies. Simply banning abortion doesn't fix that. The best way to reduce abortion rates is to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies. And the way to do that is with birth control, which reduces the number of unwanted pregnancies. So what's the position of many "pro life" groups on birth control? "The Pro-Life Action League opposes artificial birth control (contraception), not only because it destroys the inherent meaning of the sexual act as a sign of permanent, life-giving love, but because of the disastrous consequences it has wrought on our society." - See more at: http://prolifeaction.org/faq/stand.php#abc Many of them object to it. These are mostly the same people who are up in arms about birth control coverage in ObamaCare. If it weren't so tragic it'd be funny. The ACA requires insurance coverage for birth control, a provision opposed by most of the same religious conservatives who oppose legalized abortion, but the ACA could prove to be the single most effective piece of “pro-life” legislation in the past forty years by reducing unwanted pregnancies in the first place. You'd think they'd be cheering about it. But they're not. They're trying to get rid of it. Why? The reality is that so-called pro-life movement is not about saving babies. It’s about regulating sex. It’s about controlling women. It’s about making sure they have consequences for having unapproved sex. If it were about babies, they would be making access to birth control widespread and free and supporting a social safety net so that no woman finds herself with a pregnancy she can’t afford. They aren't.
