"Oh, okay. I'll be right back. I'm just going to change out of this dress and into a different one." Lady zips out of the café, and is back in a matter of minutes, "Okay, here's the dress," Lady hands Star her dress, "Like my new one?" Lady says, motioning to her new dress. It's shade of red is a little darker than the cloak she wore, but it looked fantabulous.
"Thank you. The new one is very nice as well." Star says and takes the dress. "I see...." He comments as he examines it through a microscope, "This dress appears to be exactly the same, but things such as dye levels have changed. I also found a very tiny trace of... Something. I'll have that analyized." He returns the dress and goes to lab for analysis.
Irin was in the kitchen, eavesdropping on everyone the whole time. She relized she was close to being found out, whick would be very bad. Quietly, Irin mumbled a spell to revert the dress back to it's original color. She also did her best to cover up any trace of any spell she ever did in the cafe. She waited awhile, fixing her hair so it would cover her pointed ears, then stayed silent, hiding.
Star had a plan forming. He would make sure no one found out until after. There would be some regrets after. Besides that, he had finished the test. "I went to test the compund. It suddenly increased around the vial, then the vial exploded!" He says, holding up his bandaged hand. "It wasn't a pressure build-up or anything, it just exploded. The dress also returned to it's original colour."
Irin listened and relized something had gone wrong. She wondered if she should try to heal star, then relized it would be better that way. If they thought she wasn't there, she wouldn't be blamed for the magical happenings. Irin said the spell, the stayed silent again.
