In Canada, we call people who think like this "ugly Americans" lol. Pity for you forum is an international venue......
Go listen dont assume... Make your own judgement which is rather biased as stated through out this thread....
oh I enjoy learning about different nations and such. International communication is actually quite nice but your opinions on something that's not even part of your country aren't needed especially when based off speculation and gullibility
Personally, I think if you don't care what others think, you're living in ignorance. Take into account the collective thoughts and perceptions of other people, just don't let others dictate what you do. Other viewpoints are always welcome. Outside control, hardly ever.
Though as someone who doesn't know much about this situation, I'll just watch, learn, and form my opinions rather than giving my uneducated ones. Go Hawks though.
I think everyone thoughts are biased based on what they experience, where they live, and what they listen too. Its just how much they offer there opinions. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. There's a difference between offending people and stating your thoughts to be talked about.
I thing you should care about what others say; however, you must also take into account whether the point they are trying to make is valid. If it isint and they don't have any power to do anything about it then you can completely ignore it. Moose is from Cannada, he has no say in what will happen to the pats; in the end all he can do is rant on the forums.
I wish you wrote "suspend Brady from the super bowl" at the top of your post so I wouldn't have wasted my time reading until that.
Media hype. When Fox News and CNN are running Bill Billicheck news conferences live, and Espn isn't...Not that espn isn't guilty of some odd broadcasting at times. Ahhh whatever, those who have not lied or cheated shoot the first bullet from the executioners gun we call social opinion. If this makes everyone feel better about themselves, we all need bad guys. The way I see it like this. Hypocrits giving opinion about cheaters. Current company excluded for lack of knowledge.
Mooses earlier thread Why do athletes treat fans like dummies..idk best to ask the dummies who support the cheaters. All u Woods, Armstrong, Jones, Bonds, Sosa, McGwire, Palmiero, Clemens. Pats, WWE fans lets hear from u.
We just want entertained. I thought the opposite though, that the fans see athletes as dummies. Yeah dudes pump roids and hit something hard. We love you as long as it's for our favorite team. Our cities. As long as you are playing for our sports friends. Our logos. As long as you are representing something I associate with. With out us they are nothing except used car salesmen washed up jocks. Bodies in shambles and married to their 3rd wife. Success and failure is balanced thinnly on a fine line happenstance. That is why we only celebrate the few. The great. The legends...you can't be just any geek in the field of play. You have to be handy with the tools, and present in the heart. Cal Ripken Jr. Ozzie Smith Tony Gwyne Michael Jordan Shaq is da man. Shaq Rap Shaqfu We already choose who. That can't be forced or denied by a list of athletes who did all they could to entertain and succeed. You can be a cheat or a saint. Because we choose.
Agree..if season started earlier more teams can host the Super Bowl instead of either sunny/warm or domed cities only. Just a thought n not on Feb 1st
Numerous Physics teachers have calculate out the ammount of deflation a ball would NATURALLY undergo when pumped to regulation and then brought to below freezing temperature and it was exactly the same as what the balls were at. The patriots are innocent.
The Super Bowl isn't picked based off weather, hence the reason it was played in New York in snowy conditions last year, the super bowl is decided much the way the Olympics are, and how new your stadium plays a huge role on what city gets picked to host the Super Bowl, it just so happens domes are in fassion for the newer stadiums.
I genuinely don't believe deflated footballs were the reason the Colts got the **** kicked out of them. A deflated football doesn't help a running back run through your entire defense. If it was a close score I would care. But it wasn't close at all. I am not at all a Patriots fan, but I don't see that as having changed the outcome of the game.
