Decisions In Ferguson

  1. Ferguson aside, racism lives. Get the wool off your eyes.

  2. In all sides.

  3. It is this level of ignorance that makes me despair for the future of this Country.

  4. Yes, indeed.

  5. I hope you are meaning that racism lives in ALL races. Because if you're just speaking of whites to blacks like the media and idiotic people in ferguson. You're just the same as them.

Regarding the incident, I would've shot the guy in a heart beat if my life was at risk. He could have been white black yellow brown pink purple green blue I don't give a rats ass. My life will always be more important.

  6. Racism exist yes, however Racism today is mild compared to the violence of the 1960's and before. Today the worst you find is some arrogant redneck that calls you "the N word". That in my opinion is a big step forward from being burnt alive or hung from a tree.

  7. nicely put

  8. Since we are doing random ass quotes.

  9. The N word isn't racist. In my opinion that doesn't even mean African American, just a type of African American. These thugs protesting his death are the meaning of the word.

  10. Please notice the attempts here to downplay the racial issue by characterizing the event as necessary self-defense. If you have already decided that it was self defense, then you have already allowed your own bias to make your decision.

This is the true, insidious nature of racism - it prompts people to pretend it does not exist by rationalizing another excuse for the same result. Some people will not even realize it is almost purely their racial bias that prompts them to assume that this killing was justified or necessary.

Without a trial, the true facts of this case will never come to light, and people will pick and choose the facts they want, prompted by whatever biases they have.

  11. Well... I guess there are still dumbasses here that think he shot him for his race.

  12. Yet another rational and well thought out response. Good for you Golden 

  13. If you payed attention during the ruling, the actual account of what happened was released, and no true bill was ruled. if you would like me to break down why it was self-defense for you I'd be happy too, I'm pre-law and have to write a paper on it so I'd gladly give you some insight.

  14. Love the pics of victim, holding pistols, smoking blunts with mouths fulls of cash... On his way to college alright... Free courses in da joint... I think the cop waited to long to shoot.... He assaulted cop and tried to take gun.. What is he supposed to do shake the kids hand? Not to mention kids size... I don't understand it? Black on black crime 90xs a day but if it's a white cop all of a sudden lets riot? Clowns I say clowns... And im from the murder capital of the U.S....

  15. Amen.

  16. His personal life has nothing to do with this. Gun pic? Who cares.

  17. If you are pre-law, then please describe the difference between Grand Jury evidence and trial evidence. Please describe the prosecutor's position in such an instance, and his duties. Please review the documents which have been leaked or made available, with particular attention to the instructions given to the Grand Jury. If you were a lawyer, you would be disgusted by the way this proceeding was handled from a purely professional standpoint.

Here is a tip, for the elements of self-defense, there must be a determination by a jury in a court of law. Otherwise, we are using the street vernacular, which does not require pre-law classes.

  18. Yeah, that always cracks me up.

I live in the south. White people down here have more guns than some third world armies. I know people who own more guns than books. They take them everywhere too. But they see a picture of minorities doing some dumb ass "gangsta" pose and it's OMG they're criminals and thugs. Go figure.

Anyway, here's a tip. A photo posing with a gun doesn't make you a criminal.

And it doesn't make you a "gangsta"

  19. Did granny Rob a store? Did she attack a police officer too?

  20. No matter what the out come of the trial would have been, the riots and looting were inevitable. The death of that man is just an excuse.
