  1. This has got to be the DUMBEST thing I have ever seen anyone post. You sir should be locked up for even believing in such a thing. You disgust me!

    -end rant-

  2. -Black Dragon: Like Legendary Hero pointed out, dictators like Mr. Germany and Stalin who commited genocide should be executed based on the number of people they killed. However, I'm talking about people who have commited only one murder, maybe two.

  3. This disgusts you? Some of my previous ideas went over even worse than this one in the KaWmunity. However, "you should be locked up for even believing in such a thing!"? Are you trying to say I have a mental disorder of my own or that I should go to jail for bringing up a new idea?

  4. Wait so you're saying that i still have my free murder card in my pocket? I'll just go murder someone because I'm mad. Don't worry, I have my get out of jail free card with me

  5. The stupid is strong in this original post.

  6. Well then op your attitude is that no criminal deserves anything but punishment while the dangerous and psychotic get help.

That contradicts the very basis of your original post.

  7. Your opion for him expressing his opinion is for him to go to jail? I wonder what's for disgusting

  8. Your opinIon for him expressing his opinion is for him to go to jail? I wonder what's more disgusting.

  9. In my original post, the basis was "Do criminals exist?" and I proceeded to talk about why people commit crimes and why they should not be charged with severe penalties. Therefore, my reasoning is "If there is a reasonable explanation, and the person is very likely not to commit another crime, then he/she should be let go. If the person has a mental disorder, he/she should get help. If this person commited another crime, then that's when they go to prison, because they obviously didn't learn their lesson.

  10. Who cares if they aren't likely to do it again? Who's going to determine that likelihood? Why would anyone commit a crime in the first place or do it again after? Because it's their nature. You can't let someone go just because they were mad. They have to be punished because they did something wrong. Otherwise, legal systems all over would be crazy and would probably break down.

  11. Judge: oh, I see this is your first murder, guess I'll let you off with a warning."

This isn't preschool, this is the real world. Criminals have to be punished

  12. My teacher pissed me off today, does that give me an excuse to kill them?

  13. Obviously

  14. The jury would determine the likelihood, and if the likelihood was above 0, they'd be sent to see a psychiatrist.

  15. That would depend on how much of a shock it was, if you need anger management and counseling, and the severity of how bad the alleged thing your teacher did to make you want to kill him/her

  16. Likelihood is always over 0. If you kill once you're more likely to kill again. And why shouldn't they be punished harshly? They just took A PERSONS LIFE. Is that person somehow unimportant?

  17. And so you're saying executioners for death row inmates should also be punished severely because they took a person's life?

  18. No, first off this isn't the first century, we don't have so-called executioners who have axes and slice people's heads off. And those people are doing their job. And I didn't say that they should be executed, more like life in prison, maybe less depending on circumstances.

  19. So anyway, they shouldn't be punished harshly if they have an understandable reason for the crime, and they should instead seek help so they can be productive members of society.
