Depending on what stats you want. And with the current event eq thats been coming out, the % gear isn't as good as you would expect.

Depends. Once you hit a point the percentage kinda destroys the static. Until you get to a certain level of strength, then the static is again better.

Static is a good set it and forget it method.

Percentage eq are also dependant on your troop amount.

But I do see some warrers use it, unsure why.
