  17. Guys I think you can't actually enchant icetail anymore, I have tried like seven times to get to level eleven and fail every time.

  18. If it were maxed out, it would "this equip is fully maxed" and wouldn't let you enchant any longer.

  20. All by chance, guise. No 100% way to get it. I believe it gets harder the higher you go, but that's just me. And I've been lucky, only been reset once, and it was only level 4 or something. 
