This is what you do.

For example, look at how much you have to invest. If you have 14.2B out, go look at 14.6B price and look for the person with the highest stats at that price. Look only on the first three to five pages. Then leave this price and look for someone with higher stats at the next lower price, 13.9B, buy the person with the highest stats at that price which is higher that the person at the higher price, again do not go...

Takeaway:

It’s more efficient to lvl a pallumen building with plates and destroy it and use the gold for a fs building than hopping for fs plates. This has a major assumption that pallumen plates and fs plates have the same drop rate and it doesn’t seem like they’re much different.
