Fatesands Land & Building Costs Ok, so not sure what happened to Chocolate, but he’s slacking on the job… I’m mean seriously, it’s been 9 hours and no update to his excellent guide…. :lol: It's now been a few days and still no Chocolate sighting... hope he is well. Without further ado.... The FateSands Costs Land Costs: Land 1, 2.1T Land 2, 2.8T Land 3, 3.6T Land 4, 4.7T Land 5, 6.1T Land 6, 7.9T Land 7, 10.3T Land 8, 13.3T Land 9, 17.3T Land 10, 22.5T Land 11, 29.3T Land 12, 38T Land 13, 50T Land 14, 64T Land 15, 84T Land 16, 109T Land 17, 141T Land 18, 184T Land 19, 239T Land 20, 321T Land 21, 543T Land 22, 951T Land 23, 1,600T Land 24, 2,914T Land 25. 5.1Q with some decimals after the one. This is pretty much a hockey stick with realistic numbers through land 20 and the last 5, specifically the last 4 parcels, being almost unattainable. Assuming the last land is 5Q, the last four lands would cost 10.5Q of the total 12.4Q land costs. Plan to never get the last 4-5 land parcels (at least not for a long time) and design your build accordingly for us OCD types. Building Costs: Tier 1, 24T / 6 crests Tier 2, 48T / 7 crests Tier 3, 96T / 8 crests Tier 4, 192T / 11 crests Tier 5, 384T / 16 crests Tier 6, 672T / 26 crests Tier 7, 1,176T / 42 crests Tier 8, 2,058T / 83 crests Tier 9, 3,416T / n/a Tier 10, 5,124T / n/a It is interesting to note the gold / crest conversion rate actually increases with each upgrade level (through level 8), meaning each crest becomes worth more gold the higher the level. This is opposite to the conversion rates on the other lands. Building Level CS Stats After scouting around a bit, it appears all six building types have the same stats at each level. These are summarized below: Level 1 - 7M Total CS / 7M Marginal CS Level 2 - 28M / 21M Level 3 - 70M / 42M Level 4 - 140M / 70M Level 5 - 224M / 84M Level 6 - 280M / 56M Level 7 - 322M / 42M Level 8 - 354M / 32M Level 9 - 372M / 18M Level 10 - 415M / 43M This suggests the marginal stat increase (compared to theoretical gold cost) is the greatest at levels 2 and 3, then falls back down to Deepmine levels by level 6. Compared to FS building crests, the optimal exchange peaks at level 4 (70M marginal CS stats for 11 crests). Very low marginal stat increase for levels 7 - 10 (compared to costs).
