They are twelve! Tried as juveniles with thorough psychiatric assesment. Placed in an institution afterwards till given a clean bill of health Hopefully for a long time. I agree with not sealing their records. I also agree with mooses assesment on how no one missed the signs, and therefore everyone involved in bringing up these children should shoulder some responsibility.
