Maybe double check your information, lay out the information a bit nicer and then I would be more for it.

Re: Razor's Grand Guide to KaW Success! Some players actually still do Plunder Wars. The only difference is 40% war tax is taken off and you can't forfeit. IMO, they still exist. It's just that a few people do it. Raeki made a guide the other day on having good, active allies. He said not to buy the allies below tenth or past the third page. Allies are listed by their join dates. If one ally is listed on page 6 and their stats would be 1900/1000 and 900/900 at 6b, obviously that one's inactive and you'd rather buy the one with 70000/70000 and 5000/5000.
