@taz if they really wanted it they could work hard to gain wins and a larger ally bonus so that in 2 hours when the leaderboard updates they would be below 2000
Do i understand this correct? top 2000 can sign up, but only top 400 actually get to War?. 200 vs 200.

this is AWESOME. I support 100% a thought though: fight starts Friday 12am and runs for 48 hours. Next year would be good to host this on the long weekend or something because I can pull 48 hours straight if I need, but not if it ends Sunday at 12am and I need to work the next day. After being up for about 48 hours I'll need around 16 - 20 hours of sleep to recover. Kudos to all the gamers whom I know are going to go all out for this one. I will not be playing in this round but will definitely be in it next year (maybe I'll pull an extra vacation day if we can't run this on a long weekend =P ) The idea of different levels of tournaments (aka 2k - 4k ranks, 4 - 6k etc) I think is a good idea, and I feel for all the casualties on both sides of the ZAFT/iG/ZiG vs. UWF world war who can't participate this round.

Just a point to address... if the war starts Friday at midnight, that means it starts at the very end of Thursday, the very beginning of Friday, because midnight is the beginning of the day not the end of it. So if it starts at midnight on Friday, that means it starts at the changeover from Thursday to Friday, and it ends at the changeover from Saturday to Sunday. Just pointing that out.
Wow, finally I can post to this topic now... Why do we have 412 ppl on the roster? When will be the final roster for each side? All the big dawns come down to town
