Criminals

  1. -n8n8: You are saying what if those people get provoked again? Then, if they haven't learned their lesson with their anger management and counseling, they would go to prison for a few years, maybe 2-5 depending on what the jury rules.

  2. So now victims are to blame for provoking the criminals uh? Hey, it's cool, they won't do it again! I mean, it's only once! Lol...not really.

  3. -n8n8: I would have to say if therapy and medications don't do any good, then yes, they should be executed, but shouldn't you give them a chance first?

  4. -Cid: So you don't think murderers are worthy of a second chance?

  5. Y'all heard op. 1 victim is ok because the criminal was either provoked or taking his meds. We should care what the offender feels not what the victim felt.

Say, op forgot his tinfoil hat at home right? Then he goes on a rampage. He can just plead show the arriving officers his expired tylenols and walk past them like a boss.

  6. It's all about them crimminals feelings bro.

  7. A chance. Yes, let's give society's most dangerous a chance. It only risks the lives of anyone and anything that breathes around them. OP, you are trying to be humane to society's most dangerous, useless, members. What about the people they endanger?
2-5 years AFTER they already killed someone? The 2nd time you already know they are a bad person. Hell, you know that the first time. Second murder should be a minimum life sentence. The only exception I see to murder is defense.

  8. Why would medicatons expire? They are given on a monthly basis, right?

  9. -n8n8: Is it wrong for me to be a very nice, caring, and humane person?

  10. I don't see you being humane. I see you trying to endanger anyone who has to breathe within a 100 yard radius of a killer.

  11. -n8n8: Wait... being merciful and letting them take medications and therapy makes me want to endanger people's lives?

  12. Medications and therapy doesn't fix everything. Some people are truly evil. They deserve a severe punishment. They don't deserve a "oh its ok just dont do it again"

  13. Being "truly evil" person is not natural. They have mental issues, which can be fixed with the proper medications.

  14. Like I said before, if the meds and therapy do nothing, then it is ok for capital punishment, but they deserve a second chance.

  15. Josh your a idiot. Quit trying to b the super liberal and preach how meds and a good talking to can fix a crazy person. You are what's wrong with the world.

  16. If they are really mentally disabled they do not stand trial. So I do not know what you are talking about. Second, a murderer goes to jail not because his emotions got the best of them, they go to jail because of the HURT/PAIN/DAMAGE they inflicted on other people.

This is a troll for sure.

  17. What makes them deserving of a second chance? Their first crime?

  18. -Cid: I never once stated that people with mental disabilities go to trial, and if you think murderers should go to jail without a second chance, that's your opinion. This is a discussion/debate thread, not a troll thread. Also, humans are humans, and to punish them before they can prove that they can be truly nice people in society makes you no better than them.

  19. Why is it that my debate threads always turn into one-way hate towards me?

  20. Because nobody agrees with your opinion.
