What about soundtrack? I think Samurai Champloo has the greatest soundtrack for a anime. It fits so well, l love the Hip Hop and Jazz sound, great mix
Support for Btooom it's a great anime and it's a shame it only has 1 season so far. The manga is coming to an end so hopefully the 2nd season will use the rest of the material.

I like gore stuff, so Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni was pretty good. The first episodes I was like "wot,everyone dies " but as the story continues you start to understand the whole thing. The deaths are just, UGH, so amazing

Chobits 5 centimetres per second love, chunibyou and other delusions Actually enjoyed all of those, though they are some very different genres in there. Also for anyone looking for a totally random over the top anime, Nichijou.
My favorite anime is Naruto! Solely because I think the story line is much deeper compared to most anime, and they have good teachings.
