Factors you might consider about the perm member before taking the player into your clan: 1: Activity 2: Honesty 3: Stats 4: Battle Wins/Losses 5: What can the member contribute to the clan? 6: Initiating Epic Battles/accepting other members before other admins did? (when no other admins are online). How often can the member do it? 7: How many successful actions is normally done on each epic battle? 8: Member's interest (osw-warrior, eb fairy, quest addict, farmer, etc.) 9: Activity level in CC? That's what I meant Psykhe!! These factors might be essential or non-essential to you, who knows?

I think the perfect permanent member/admin is the one who is never online, never camping in the 3PA apps with heavily edited avi's, never waiting on the door, never overly active, doesn't care about the eb schedule, and doesn't give a damn about stats or bfa or bfe or events. May xtal if drunk. Which is pretty much how I describe a normal person with a healthy life balance. The most active players can often also be the most obsessive and crae-crae ones who believe in their online identity, in place of having a satisfactory RL one.

For me, I would categorize from the 1 (most important) to 9 (least important) of finding the Right Permanent Member. 1: Honesty 2: Member's Interest 3: Contribution to the Clan 4: Initiating Epic Battles/accept others faster than other admins 5: How many successful actions is normally done on epic battles 6: Activity Level in Clan Chat 7: Activity Level (Online or inactive?) 8: Stats(Well, of course you need to have enough to hit Warbeasts at least! 9: Battle Wins/Losses Sure, I would let an inactive member stay in the clan for as long as it doesn't fill up to 100 people! Whether you're active or inactive, no matter who you are...the key point is honesty.

Once upon a time there was a bum who ate a tic tac. Not the normal tic tacs the fruity ones. This caused a chain reaction when combined with water from a drinking fountain within the bum that made the desire for lemonade so strong that the lifelong pursuit of quenchness began. Alas to this day the bum has not reached the epitome of what he desires most.
