I think 9 months of inactivity if you don't have a propack. They don't delete propack accounts.

Okay.. Not sure how to explain my question so will use this example..

If I equip hooves (attack bonus of 700k) what do I multiply by 700k to get the actual stats that they are giving me?

Just add the stats to yours and remember that they are permanent.
