How come there's no Terms of Use thread?

 

Is the LB ranking system broken?

 

It hasn't changed in 3 days.

 

Why do you say that?

It works fine. You have to understand that on the Overall LB it isn't based solely on stats

 

The top of the LB doesn't change too often

 

No I'm on the LB not that high but it has been updated in 3 days. Notice too how clan ranks haven't been updated.

 

If u look at ur clan rank it will not have changed in 3 days

 

That must just be a glitch for you. I'm on LB and it has updated for me...and my clan.

Try
1. Restarting app
2. Restarting device
3. Emailing support@athinkingape.com with your problem. Include as much detail as possible(game, username, etc.)
4. If all else fails, delete app and redownloading it

Do not restart androids unless linked to facebook and deleting app isnt recommended. People have been temp banned for it.

 

If all else fails, what can they do? :-|

 

Turns out I just had to update it. I held off on getting the new loading screen update.(I liked old one better) works fine now tho

You email support and get their answer.

Deleting the app can get you banned temporarily, so why do that. Restarting unlinked androids can lose your account, so why do that.

 

I said restart, not restore, if that's what you're talking about.

And ok, but how come it can get you banned?

 

Im not sure why you get banned, but you do. So best to avoid it.
