How is my spy stat says +19% but gives +0 stat but my atk bonus is also @19% and it gives 700k stat.why is my spy bonus not adding?

The 19% is not what is shown when it says 700,000 attack. That is given by the hooves. The percentage bonuses you ran cannot be seen.

I would save lots of gold, then do it all at once, but that's just me(; I think it's just a matter of opinion

 

It would be more effective to buy highlands then save for a mass switch.
