Well statistically if it takes about 350k to get top 200, and what the ranking goes to 100,000? I'd say about 100k-150k to be "ranked"

The 5 pieces of equipment on your profile are the ones you earnt first, not the ones you equipped latest.

 

They're not the 5 you earned first. They also don't appear to be the latest equipped.

 

IMO - based on 5 min a fiddling with it, there's a hierarchy of what shows up.
