I noticed new players are getting the Beta achievement. I thought that was only at the very beginning of this game? How can I get it?

 

It was given to players who participated in the first weekend war of the summer tournament. I don't know of a way to get it now.

 

How did you join the summer wars?

 

Currently there is no way to receive the beta achievement. Public beta testing is a rare occurrence. Normally it's by invite only.

 

Those who joined the trial summer wars to test them received the badge

 

What was the criteria that ATA invite on?

 

I haven't seen any criteria set in stone, just that they notice you are knowledgable. I have been trying to beta test for a good while now, but they say they have none currently. They also said to watch forums for betas to test.

 

Clans in the top 200 could sign up. Anyone in a top 200 clan that was signed up could participate.

 

Anyone know how iG and Foxes got picked for the Mith War beta testing? Wondering because it gave them extra clan member slots

 

I do believe they will need new beta testers for the new war changes. I'd keep an eye open for that.

They got extra 20 slots not for mith wars but for testing the first ever war system
