Aqua is an extremely rare eb drop, and costs xtals to buy.

No, but the more active you are in an eb, the better your chances. Xtals add to your activity level, so one can say that they might help to increase your chances.

Drops are all random, but like I said, players with a higher activity level generally get a better drop. Now I've seen players with hardly any activity at all get item drops too so..

Inferno is also a random drop that does not require xtals to get.
