Well if you mean on the highland only, yes, definitely. Put down T4 on the lowlands though because that's the highest tier available.

Go to forums (not AT) and click on any section thats under the kaw part of forum (not announcements). Click on the world announcement thread you want to respond to, and you should be able to reply.

Hit the reply button in the top right corner. Type your message. Hit post in the top right corner.
