Do you go threw photobucket and what not to post gifs still though? Normally i just click on one of the four optional links which is the img link

If you upload a GIF, yeah. If you just find one on the internet copy the image link and use than with the IMG bb codes

It's at the top of all pages, not just the first.

 

But what dose the actual word mean?

 

I guess we call it Stickied because the devs "stuck" it to the top of the section
