How are y'all getting the pictures to work right?

My pics no longer upload at the right size and I can't change it...

 

Pc, I put my pics through some pic resizer before sending it to Photobucket. Works for me, since this way it can be any size between 200-300 pixels.

 

I do it the same way on my phone. I use an image resizer app then photobucket.
