By that logic every single rapper has straight up copied someone else's style. Drake copied Joe Budden's style, Nas copied Rakim's style but that's not how it works. Every rapper gets influenced by other rappers styles and that helps them create their own sound. Earlier Eminem was heavily influenced by AZ and Nas which is easy to see in the infinite album, he later became influenced by Zee and he took that influence and created his own sound with it. He done something with the style that Zee was never capable off.

It's not like I came up with that assessment on my own ...it's widely accepted among rap insiders. The only reason eminem got more "commercial" fame is because he ditched east coast and went to suck Dre's ass. Everybody knows east coast rap doesn't get the credit it should get ...east coast is the real thing. Most (not all) west coast is fake candy ass pander to a commercial audience BS. Pretty much everyone you've named in this thread fits that category (idk bout Cole or Kendrick) You're judging who's better on commercial success (and who they tell you on satellite) It's not just Rap (but especially Rap) but the best in any genre is almost never the most popular or successful ...popular and success in music today is more due to promoting and marketing then anything else ...payola still exists people it's just accepted now but if anyone thinks whoever sells the most records is usually ...or that it means that your the best well.... This is what I'll admit and is embarrassing (not to me but to them) ... Zee (and Pace admittedly) "WANTED" to sell out and that was part of the back and forth between them and eminem. They felt like he had abandoned them and he pretty much did. He doesn't want to be compared to them and told he stole their lyrical style (not influence like u say) and that is why he abandoned them. iPhone
I've named Joe Budden as a great rapper in this thread many times in this thread even tho he's had little commercial success. You seem to know very little about rap. You think Zee even belongs in the same category as Eminem? They have the same style but zee is inconsistent with his music and has never released a good album. Eminem has 3 classic albums, 2 of which could easily be argued to be the best album of all time. Zee sucks. Pacewon is better than a lot of rappers but is nothing special.
