Yeah if you think that statutes at large are "weird stuff", you can't be a citizen unless you make an oath in front of a judge, How many of you good citizens trying to vote actually have evidence you are a citizen? Of not you may be in violation of title 18 usc 911 impersonation of a citizen may be fined or imprisoned no more than 3 years or both, The rule is that if there is a conflict between the United States code and the statutes at large, the statutes win, so I've shown you 62 stat 742 which is title 18 911, it's a felony
As I've previously stated I'm not American, have not claimed to be, and naturally won't be voting in the US Presidential Election. So again, I ask you, what was the point of your post? PS: are you advocating the idea that a child, which is born in the US to American parents is not qualified to vote once he comes of age? That he is incriminating himself of fraud unless he has previously given an oath pertaining to said issue in front of a judge? This is frankly ridiculous, even if one were to uphold such a reasoning, one would have to conclude that nearly all elections post universal suffrage have been illegitimate...

Likewise, I can assure you, that 99.99% of Americans who will and have voted have not taken an oath before a judge confirming their status as an American citizen. Therefore your broken logic should conclude this 99.99% of the public is illegible to vote, thus the election does not represent the will of the people. I will address your passport/id question, the birth certificate does not identify the one presenting it, and you can not get a passport or ID without a birth certificate, If you do think that it does identify you, well you would be surprised to learn that only the birth event is recorded, if children are being registered we have a system of slavery Now look at your birth certificate and see the discriptive information, are you 10 inches tall, 8lbs 4oz? There are many debates going on across the world about the birth certificate, people are resisting the registration and some being held captive against their will until they sign the certificate, in great Britain children who are not registered are being called the "Freeborn"

My thoughts exactly, I have a little more patience though, it really takes some studying before you get the understanding, most people just follow the lemmings in front of them and no one reads or look for the source of thier information, "I was just doing what I was told" that's what everyone is relying on, well who told us, our parents and grandparents or the school or the news How many of your parents and grandparents have gone thru law school, how many law classes did you take in middle school Everyone is an expert in the laws without reading them, it's awesome
