I see you're not going to do it so I'll do it for you Look 8 U.S. Code § 1408 - Nationals but not citizens of the United States at birth
I stopped reading about half way through this hippity hoopla. If you are born in any of the United States hospitals then you are automatically a Citizen of the United states. hell you can be born on an american embassy in africa somewhere and you will be a Citizen of the United States. States havn't been considered foreign entities since the Articles of Confederation.
Corpus juris secundum is the judges encyclopedia, it's not from articles of confederation, it's from contemporary times, every sentence is formed from court rulings They put together these paragraphs which explain exactly the intent of the legislation and the philosophy of the law, maybe you should head on down to the law library and learn a little bit
We will ride on the backs of gold plated polar bears, anyone who doesn't accept our rule will be dropped in a vat of boiling maple syrup
Lol yet again xx you always look for the holes and technicalities. In a court of law most of these issues you speak of are common sense or blatantly obvious and not used to trip people up. That's why the law does not bother to prissy about stating simple facts. People in practise think the same way about it that's how and why they achieve the bar. As far as I can see if your not on that level you should not be practising... Let alone quoting law.
Vote Trump, or let your country fester. You hillary supporting asshats need to secure mummys basement bunker, black out any light, and hopefully in 4 yrs you'll make the democrats electoral roll for dead ppl
I do not want to be an attorney, it don't hurt to know what they know, most of them do not have a proper oath on record or even comply with foreign agent registration act at the department of Justice https://www.fara.gov/
