While I do agree that the mass majority of a 'free' society are reliant on needs that their government provides, I do believe that is dependant upon the choices they make upon values that may or may not coincide with their own. This society has denigrated to that, based upon the have-nots screaming to have that which they havent earned. True they have been manipulated by those seeking to control individuals by breeding employees. Those who have no semblance in taking complete control of their life, future and values.
    And while I dont agree with the manipulation nor the choices many 'employees' make, this is still the age of information and everyone is free to choose to educate themselves.
    I dont see a fascist threat. Not while we live in a country where free enterprise is still an option to pursue. There are far more options opening up to become less reliant on the government and more on oneself. If only people werent so enslaved to their own instant gratifications and pushed on beliefs from a system that i believe is not so corrupt as it is outdated and confused. When the freedoms become taken away then I would start worrying.

Fascism isn't about free enterprise, it's a corporate government, when government becomes a corporation a couple things happen, it becomes property of an individual like a corporation sole or stockholders, those being either former "citizens" or a foreign power, like "the crown" which is a charitable organization, or even terrorists, once a corporation is bankrupt it becomes property of the creditors (let's say China)

    Another thing that happens is that it loses all authority, when the sovereignty is dissolved to engage in commerce, the only nexus is by way of contracts and all jurisdiction is lost, which makes those who revoke the signatures on those contracts truly freed men as intended by the constitution and are responsible to self govern and must refuse the benefits or be sucked back into the jurisdiction

    So what we see in these courts are breach of contract being enforced, even the presumption of contract is enough until challenged, verbal contracts are hard to enforce without witnesses, so we must have signed something and it's always by consent,

  11. Here's the thing.

    Governments are NOT corporations and they shouldn't be run like one. Corporations are legally bound to provide the greatest financial dividend to their stockholders. That’s it, that’s all they have to do. That, and obey the laws. Really. Look it up.

    Democratic Government is not structured to make a profit. Democratic governments are structured and function not as corporations, where profit is the bottom line, but as nonprofit organizations, where the providing of services is their sole function. It’s job is to spend the pooled contributions of the citizens (taxes) to provide services to those citizens - health, education, defense, infrastructure. There is no profit, as we, the People, are supposed to run this country, and are not selling these services to ourselves. That would be silly.

    Representative Government is simply a mechanism created by citizens to provide themselves with the necessities of a life unaffordable to the individual. For example I can’t afford to build a road, dispense Justice, or make sure my food supply isn’t handled by filthy nitwits. But by pooling my money with that of other citizens big things become affordable, and by voting in the No Filthy Nitwits Handling Our Food Party, we won’t have greasy fingerprints in our tapioca. That’s all taxes and Government are. There is no financial profit. It’s sole purpose is to provide services.

    There are no stockholders in a democratic Government. Citizens do not buy stock, and reap financial dividends. Even the Richest citizen only gets one vote. We, the People, hire the government to use our wealth to distribute services, which we all benefit from. Again, it is structured much more like a nonprofit organization, with a Board of Directors - a voting body which elects a team of Administrators. In our case the Board is the voting citizenry, and the Administrator is the Mayor, Governor, President, and the Legislatures. And as a nonprofit Board, the citizens do not expect financial benefit, but expect their money to go to services provided to the community.

    It's all right there in the preamble of the Constitution:

    "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

    The Constitution is the contract agreed to by our forefathers. We're the posterity. The contract includes mechanisms for modification by the posterity, provided enough of us agree. If you don't like the contract and can't get enough people to agree to your changes, you're free to renounce your citizenship and move somewhere else. It's that simple.

    In 1993, when Bill Clinton raised taxes on the wealthiest 1.5%, Republicans predicted a recession, increased unemployment and a growing budget deficit. Wrong. After that tax increase went into effect, the country experienced the seven best years of economic growth in history. 22 million new jobs were created. Unemployment dropped below 4%. The poverty rate went down for 7 straight years. The budget deficit was eliminated and America enjoyed a growing budget a growing budget surplus which economists projected would pay off our national debt in 20 years.

    In 2001, when George W. Bush cut taxes for the wealthy, Republicans predicted record job growth, increased budget surplus and nationwide prosperity. Wrong. After the Bush tax cuts were enacted the budget surplus immediately disappeared, less than 3 million net jobs were added during Bush’s 8 years, the poverty rate began climbing again, we experienced two recessions along with the greatest collapse of our financial system since the Great Depression and the budget deficit eventually grew to $1.2 trillion by the time Bush left office.

    In 1993, when the Brady Law and the Assault Weapons Ban were passed, Republicans predicted increasing rates of crime and murder. Wrong. After 1993 the violent crime and overall murder rates suddenly began to drop. This decline continued for more than ten years.

    In 2009, Republicans predicted that the economic stimulus package would only make the recession worse and cause more unemployment. Wrong. After the Recovery Act was passed the rate of job loss immediately decreased each month and within a year the economy showed positive job growth.

    Republicans predicted that Obamacare would hurt the economy and kill jobs. Wrong. 2014 was the first full year that Obamacare was in effect. During that year the United States saw the fastest rate of job creation in 14 years and the best rate of economic growth in over ten years. More jobs were created in 2014 than in any year of the Bush presidency. Not only did Obamacare not harm the economy, it coincided with the best economic expansion in a dozen years.

    Republicans said if President Obama is reelected, the price of gasoline would rise to $5.45 a gallon by January 2015. Wrong. The price of gas in January, 2015, was $1.89, less than half of the all-time high of $4.15 a gallon under President Bush.

    Republicans said Obama would be terrible for the economy. Wrong. Obama has presided over the longest continuous period of uninterrupted job growth in American history. More jobs have been created under Obama than under both Bush Presidents combined. The stock market has repeatedly set new records during Obama's presidency. Although he inherited a much worse recession than the one Ronald Reagan dealt with, Obama ended that recession and turned around our economy in half the time it took Reagan.

    Republicans predicted that President Obama’s tax increase on the top 1% in 2013 would kill jobs, increase the deficit and cause another recession. Wrong. In the two years from January 1, 2013 when that tax increase went into effect, through January, 2015, unemployment dropped from 7.9% to 5.6%, an average of more than 200,000 new jobs were created per month, Wall Street set new record highs and the budget deficit was cut in half.


    Republicans said President Obama would raise taxes sky high. Wrong. For over 95% of Americans, income taxes are the same or lower than they were before Obama was elected. The only people whose income taxes have increased are those who make more than $400,000 per year, and their taxes increased only 3%. For most Americans, taxes are still lower now than they were under Reagan.

    In 2012, Republicans predicted that failure to approve the Keystone Pipeline would send the price of gasoline sky high and kill large numbers of jobs. Wrong. The price of gasoline continued to drop below $1.80 per gallon, millions of new jobs were created and unemployment dropped from 8% to 4.9% by early 2016.

    Republicans insist that their policies create more jobs than Democrats and claim Democratic policies are “job killers”. Wrong. According to numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, under the last 3 Republican presidents there were a total of 21 million new jobs created during their combined 20 years in office (Reagan - 16 million, George H. W. Bush - 2 million, George W. Bush – 3 million). However, under the last 3 Democratic presidents there were a total of 43 million new jobs created during their combined 19 years in office (Carter – 10 million, Clinton – 22 million, Obama – 11 million). So the last three Democratic presidents have seen the creation of more twice as many jobs in 19 years as the last three Republican presidents did in 20.

    Republicans said that Obamacare would have “Death Panels” to decide who would live and who would die. Wrong. No such death panels were ever proposed and nothing of the kind ever happened.

    They said the 2009 laws to improve automobile fuel efficiency standards would kill the US auto industry. Wrong. The new standards were followed by a resurgence of the US auto industry enabling them to hire back tens of thousands of workers.

    They said environmental protection laws requiring companies to clean up their pollution would create undue burden and kill businesses. Nope, it never happened.

    They said Ebola would spread across the country because President Obama allowed American Ebola patients to be treated in the US. The outbreak never happened. Only 3 people contracted Ebola in the US and all 3 survived the disease.

    They said President Obama would open our borders to illegal immigrants. Wow, were they wrong. Under Obama we set new records for most illegal immigrants stopped at the border and sent home.

    They said Obama would drive up the Federal budget deficit. Didn't happen. Obama cut the $1.2 trillion deficit he inherited by two-thirds.

    The fact is, Republicans are usually wrong on just about everything. Why people continue to believe them is beyond me. I can only surmise some people don't mind being screwed over economically as long as they get to keep gays from getting married and/or pick your favorite conservative social issue.

Do look up the act of 1871 an act to provide government for the district of Columbia, they created a corporation called United States Inc, then bankrupted it, they created it again and bankrupted it, and again, this is the 4th United States, they even have their own constitution, is called "the constitution of the United States of America", and it's a corporate charter and they can change it anyway they want, it looks just like the original minus the 13th amendment that bans British agents from holding office or positions of trust, every office we got has a card carrying bar member, the original constitution is called "the constitution for the united States of America" take note of the "for" not "of" and the small "u" in united, that's the only way to tell which one your looking at, congress likes having plenary power and they've used it to expand the jurisdiction outside the boundary of 10 square miles, because if you really look there are 2 of each state also, there is Texas which is the original one and there is a corporate one too called STATE OF TEXAS, notice the style is all caps which means it's a corporation, they never had to disclose any of it because it's not supposed to apply to the people, they are municipal corporations without license to do business within the state and each office mirrors the original with one exception they're filled with bar members, British foreign agents, I know it's hard to believe we lost our government without a shot being fired but this is the reality of it, all state law is federal law, and the sovereignty is dissolved and they have no more authority then Walmart and they MUST get you in contract so they force registration of births, and they need you to use it as a foundational document along with, submitting applications, and registrations, every country has a for profit private corporation running it and they don't hide it because they know you won't check, as an example, this video shows how you find Australia :geek:

    Andrew Napolitano isn't "Fox News". He's a commentator the Fox News channel, just like Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly. They present opinions, and not always based on facts. Since you want to ignore the facts, let's simply apply some common sense and logic here.

    According to you, the Constitution of the United States was voided in 1871 and new "secret" constitution was put into effect that "they" (whoever they are) can "change it anyway they want". As pointed out in my previous post, this can easily be debunked simply by looking at court proceedings.

    When SCOTUS makes a ruling on the constitutionality of a federal law, they use the Constitution of the United States as a reference, not some "secret" constitution. In case you hadn't noticed, control of the federal government changes according to which party controls the various branches of government. If your theory was correct, the party in power could simply change the "secret" constitution to make whatever law they want constitutional. That's never happened.

    Example: Conservatives want to outlaw abortion, but SCOTUS has ruled that a woman has a constitutional right to get one. Why didn't conservatives simply change the "secret" constitution when Bush was in office and they controlled both houses of Congress?

    Furthermore, in order for this conspiracy to work, it would require every President, Senator, and Congressman since 1871 regardless of party to go along with it. Since States often sue the federal government, politicians at the state level would have to be in on it too. One would think that after losing a major court case, at least one disgruntled party or State would have claimed the "secret" constitution was the real one and should be used by SCOTUS. That's never happened either.

    Occam's razor states the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. In this case, the choice is there's this vast conspiracy that's been going on since 1871 and it's been kept a secret by countless politicians for decades, or your interpretation is faulty.

    Seeing as how you were already busted quoting Obama out of context (either because you didn't bother to check accuracy of the quote or you were deliberately trying to deceive us) and you seem to think Andrew Napolitano is "Fox News" I'm going with your interpretation is incorrect.
