Here is one list I will make though; The spam. I bet I could scroll through all of Fan Fiction and find at least 100 threads that are either RPs or Off-Topic.
It kind of depends what the intentions are for bumping a thread. Like if a person is an inactive and they come back months later and bump their story thread. Or if someone stops a story that they've almost finished and then starts again later... So it all depends.

New hope in everyones hearts with the coming sunrise.
