When you view your charms, it tells you the total stats amount you have in charms. It’s pretty painful having to manually add up the stats of your charms if you need to. Would be only viewable to yourself of course and nobody else for obvious reasons
There is a section on your profile "Charms/Rewards Bonuses" that shows you both your current charm total, and your current charm cap for pvp. Does that fit what you were hoping for?
If it is in red then you are over the limit of what you can use for your size. The number to the right of the / is the max that you can use. The number to the left of the / is the amount that you have.
