  4. I guess it's a matter of perspective. But inside an oligarchy, capitalism is horrifically distorted and serves to benefit only those at the top. KaW=oligarchy in the sense that those who have the most money have the most power.

    Yes, a free market is a symbol of capitalism, but the largest symbol of capitalism is consumer's choice between where to get the same/similar product. The best product is supposed to win. That's true capitalism. Hence why America is always becoming more and more like an oligarchy as the wealth gap increases. Rhetoric example: Does McDonald's make the best burger just because they sell the most? No they're cheap and appeal to the 'peasant population'. Ironically, communism's idealism was to appeal to the peasant population and we all know how scared everyone is of communism yet they are sucked into its most vital cornerstone. But CAPITALISM IS BETTER GET AWAY FROM MY FLAG COMMIE.

    In this case there is a market. But it is far from free. ATA created the demand and hold the only supply. That is in no way a free market Lolz that's called a monopoly. If it was a true free market there would be alternative sellers for xtals/nobility and prices would be competitive. But that would be silly as that ruins the point of ATA's business.

    In the real world choosing an app to play and choosing whether on not to buy in game is a free market. But here, within this game, there is no free market. And that was my point. The demand was created. The supply is held by a single party. It's similar to a company who develops a vaccine without a disease and to sell that vaccine it needs to create the disease. It's backwards see? The demand comes first in the free market.
