Building: A missile defense system is in the process of being constructed. Troops: Japanese troops are now being housed in 4 different bases, one of which is located in Sendai and the other 3 are secret.

Re: World Leaders - PBP UAE, Japan and Mexico have agreed to a possible alliance. We await Canada's (or another country) or the pending GM decision on GM allying with each other since four are playing.
Re: World Leaders - PBP Israel Political: Israel is happy to be in an economic relationship with France and Japan, and looks forward to making peace. Israel gives permission for Mexico to make the naval base off the shore of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Israel accepts the meeting with Sri Lanka Israel sends troops to investigate the Saudi Arabia and UAE conflict. Building- Israel has begun preparations for Mexican troops to hit shore on Tel Aviv-Yafo. Israel begins construction on an aerial base in Ramla. (5 turns to complete) Training- Israel begins training 320 pilots. These pilots will serve in the elite unit, piloting McDonnell Douglas F-15s Research- Israel has found a way to use the power plants.

Re: World Leaders - PBP In response to Cuba entering an alliance with other countries, Sweden withdrawals from the trade agreement. The Prime Minster release a press statement. "We have seen such alliances in the past century and they only lead to war. Sweden has no desire to make trades with any alliances at this time. We do however want to maintain peace and we request that Cuba and Sweden keep their Non Aggression Treaty in tact."
