Re: World Leaders - PBP France is heavily powered currently, with nuclear reactors already in place. Power isn't needed, however it is always up for negotiation. France is willing and able to help develop a more advanced jet with the UAE.

Israel is in close contact with Mexico on the incident in the Guatemalan-Mexican border, and is preparing a squad of soldiers to send over to Mexico. Israel is also ready to receive the UAE's power supply. Building- The power plants are almost done and they have hired 100 citizens to maintain the power supply. (1 turn remaining) Farmland in Nazareth is being constructed, and will take 2 turns to complete. Research is being commenced on the ways to use the delivered power supply.
