You can't go to 9000 willy, at least not last time I checked

I used to have two 4 mil cs allies and was ranked 8000

 

I have more than twice your stats, a bigger BFA and over 3 times as many battles, but I am not ranked. Keep working, you'll get there someday!

 

I wonder how much BFA would be needed to reach 10k on lb... What's your guys' ranks on allies if you're ranked. And what's your bfa?

To get on Ally LB you need about 4m cs BFA.

It's around 200-300bil in allies then, assuming you have decent size for price.

 

What are the benefit of having a pure spy build?

Banking. That is mostly all that pure spies are good for, and scout bombing during war.

 

You can't be stripped, you can't be attacked with no gold out, and you can spy attack builds/smaller hansels/pures. It's a build for hiding behind.

If you have allies, you most definitely can be stripped. Putting gold in your banks, and ultimately opening you up for hits (which - a pure spy pays more than an attack build) - and allowing other hansels to clean you out as well.

Only benefit is that with no gold out, you cannot be attacked. This same mechanic also works with 3 COE's as well, so technically, it's better IMO to be a hansel.


**SIDENOTE: I had been stripped several times - and pot burned for weeks as a pure spy - leaving me essentially broke. It took me a while to get max plunder back as a spy. Then, had to build a few COE's to be able to generate plunder in Hauntings. Tread lightly.

 

Willy, I said you can't be stripped, because pure spies shouldn't have allies. They shouldn't, or they are the easiest build ever to strip.
