Is it worth is to slowly switch all my my LowerLand attack builds to CoE lvl 2, until I changed all of them, then level all the lvl 2 CoE's to level three, or build level threes instead of level twos? How much is the stat change?

 

The biggest stat change is always lv2-3. Save up and upgrade each one completely
