i was told bow was 1 inferno to level 3 then 2 inferno to level 7 ask romulus_ he got his bow to level 7 already without buying inferno...

You can get propack items without completing EB, but you can't get equipment unless you finish EB.

The only item you receive for failing an EB is the "Cone Of Shame".

The bow is amazing. At max (lv7) it gives 25m atk and 14m spy atk.
