Do Battle Royale/Origins/Ambush, any of those, if you can stay pretty active BR pays well if you can hit the item phase.

Referral codes are not around anymore, you would give your code out to new players for free stuff, it got abused so was taken away, you can still see some players with the Achievement for it though.

I can't remember which thread, I'll have a look, but exchange rate is done by your Highest Level building or your most expensive land, whichever is more expensive.
