If on idevice, leave app and double click home button and clear KaW from multitask. Then go back, it's happened to me a ton.

I'd assume so, but I'm not sure why you'd want to unless you're posting with an alt right now...

Yes you can, but make sure the two are not linked. That account will no longer be tied to your iDevice or UDID, so you can create a new one.

New Growth - Searing Sickle - 1.4m atk
Scionic Storm - Torrent Talisman - 5m def/675k s def
