Once you buy land you can't get rid of it unless you reset.

Alright its like this:
-I bought a new land.
-built a building on it and got a lvl 1 building with 500/500 troops.
-i destroyed said building
-i left the explored land with no building on it for 3 weeks.
-i then built on it just now and got a lvl1 building with 500/500 troops.

My understanding was that land would only provide full troops the fisrt time you build on it. That was not the case here.

It's proly because you didnt unload the original 500/500 troops it came with.

I think they mean they bought a land build t1 sold it 3 weeks later he didn't get the troops when he bought a bigger building?

No, my problem was that i DID get full troops when i rebuilt on a land i had previously built on.
