FoD is a good starting point but, the electric storm bow is a beast of an equip, very difficult to get but most clans running TGL accept 3m cs for hitters. Once you get it to max enchantment you can hit anything without fail up to TGL.

As in LB? I'd assume so, yes. Assuming the top 5 trend is similar to the logarithmic trend of the rest of the allies LB, it'd be massive.
