To incentivise pvp, why not make clans have to carry out a set number of wars in order to unlock a certain amount of EBs?

Ah. Since I'm "incorrect", let me point out that you can also buy then with nobs on PC, Android, and Kindle.. But from iDevice, you can only do it with actual money.

Nobs drop from quests.
