The Fiendish Fangs no longer have any purpose in the game, so, the devs got rid of any unused fangs.

It means that the account that you delinked would no longer be on that device

 

So I will be able to log in to another account?

 

Yes, or create a new one. To do this, I believe you restart the app, and it starts the tutorial. There is a button that asks if you would like to recover an account.
