If you work out that often, then you have done a shitty job putting on muscle. No one who actually lifts is impressed by your physique. Only people who are impressed are young teenage girls. Sorry, I'd rather be able to run a 40 yd sprint in 9 seconds then be able to lift 300 lbs because my muscles are completely oversized and I'm unable to wipe my own butt.
I know it's not you. You've posted pictures before. 165 LBs would look much bigger than that. Trust me. My buddy weighs 180 and he's ripped up top. He's probably double your size. Feel free to post various pics of yourself. It's not you.

Full agreement with igropecarebears. Weight can be deceiving. Especially when ripped. I'll post example shortly.
Hop off the dick sash. 9 sec 40 yard dash is god awful. I think the worst time I have seen is around 7.2 from my football team. I don't think you can run a 9 sec 40 yard dash and actually say you were sprinting.
