How are equipment stats calculated when I do an action? Do they weigh as heavy as charms do during the action?
They are weighted the same. This is why you should always equip your strongest pieces as equipment and turn everything else to charms (minus eb req equipment - but these don’t drop from legends). 1b in equipment = 1b in charms. When you transmute equipment to charms it becomes ~10% of its original value in stats. Any more questions on this?
