After looking at the site, it seems some of the information has to come from INSIDE ATA. How else are they getting spy statistics? Is ATA selling that information and that's why the site hasn't had a lawsuit against it? I've heard ATA say many times "spirit of the game" is why they have screwed customers over in the past. Yet they do nothing about this site?

It would've been a mess, slow mess - few buyers buying same allies at the same time, unintentionally volleying them and wasting gold - just one of the problems u come across in a strip, unless allies are assigned.

Any judge would quickly issue a cease and desist order. Not sure if you know about ATA's legal problems, but positively they already have legal council on tap and would merely have to request it. Which leads me to believe ATA is allowing and condoning this.

ATA also has lawyers on retainer for situations JUST LIKE THIS. You are aware ATA is/was being sued over patent infringement correct? They have lawyers already on retainer. Also, customers of ATA pay ATA large sums of money to ensure a fair playing field. ATA themselves spout off "spirit of the game" propaganda all the time. Bottom like, Customers pay ATA to file lawsuits exactly like this, to protect the investment they have spent on ATA's game. It's ATA's responsibility to ensure things like this doesn't happen.
