    And how many by home grown terrorists? (Ones the constitution legally does apply to, the ones whom get radicalised by people already there, or over the Internet)

  4. I did fully quote Trump to include the part about him sayin that the halt is limited to having congress sort the refugees.

    However, he is calling for the prohibition of all Muslims to enter the U.S., including Muslim American citizens traveling abroad.

    So, yes, what he is calling for is, in fact, unconstitutional.
