Yes, We Have to Talk About Trump Again

  1. That's not surrender winter, that's avoiding war 'at all costs'.

There are theories out there that state that Britain should have stayed out of the war, properly rebuilt its forces with the intend to invade mainland Europe whilst Germany and Russia fought, Germany NEVER wanted war with Britain, you should really not ever forget that. H saw the empire as an equal, not a place to be conquered.

  2. No Rio the British were at war with Germany by that point the battle for France was almost over the Dunkirk retreat was happening it was the darkest time and many senior political figures wanted a way out. Lord Halifax David Lloyd George amongst them.
It was surrender for a negotiated peace that would have left Germany ruling Europe for a long time.

  3. I just realized something. Trump doesn't know the difference between Arabs and Muslims. He thinks they're one and the same. That would explain perfectly why he said what he said.

  4. Trump for President

  5. Did you leftist know that back in 1952 a bill was signed in to law that says the president can stop any and all immigration of a specific class and that those people of that class that are here in the u.s.a on a visa would and could be deported it happens before

Also the president who passed it was a ..................... Democrat can any of you wanna be historians know who that president was?

Kennedy was the president and the people who were denied access where Iranians

  6. Actually, it was Carter, not Kennedy

  7. FDR also deported Japanese in WWII

  8. But in neither case were people deported based on religion - it was based on national origin

  9. inb4 lock fake and gay

  10. Yes Britain was already at war with Germany but Germany didn't want to be at war with them, Hîtler considered British people to be superior to other European people and even stated in Mein Kampf that German people should be more like the British.

  11. Bypassed name

  12. Who cares multiple people have done it on this thread already, it shouldn't even be censored as he's an important historical figure.

  13. Ehh... If Britain had pulled out of the war then the blockade against Germany would've been stopped. It would've actually been to Germany's benefit, because it would be easier to defeat the USSR and GB separately than at the same time.

I think the war was lost for Germany due to Japan's mistakes. If Japan had invaded the USSR, not the USA, then the USSR wouldn't have been able to move its troops to the European front, and the USA wouldn't have an excuse to enter the war.

It might also have knocked Britain out of the war too. If Australia was lost, or even India taken (though i doubt they'd have the manpower to patrol India) support for the war would drop quickly.

However, the war was an inevitable loss anyway, as HILTLER lost his mind near the end due to drug addictions created through the use of his medications (heroine and other things). By 1946 if the war continued, he would surely make huge blunders. Not much else would justify his resolve to send child soldiers to defend Berlin when all hope was lost - many young people died for no reason.

  14. To get back on topic - I suggest that if you support a candidate, check out fact-checking sites to see if the candidate you support is truthful or not. There's quite a few out there who lie quite often.

  15. He had no intentions of coming back to beat Britain, he wanted an alliance due to his admiration for them.

  16. What blockade ??? In 1940 the only people fighting Germany were the Brits. Japan wasn't worried about Russia they wanted the USA and Britain unable to interfere with their empire building in the Pacific which is why they attacked Pearl harbour and imperial territories in south east Asia.
Nor for one second think the wars result was inevitable the allies could have lost the war at several points that it was won speaks to the bravery sacrifice and determination of the allies nations.

  17. You know... the naval blockade... the one that prevented Germany from trading with other nations (even though they basically had no major country to trade with whatsoever after the USA decided to stop giving them loans and stuff).

Generally in a war, one nation will will the naval battles and begin patrolling the coasts of the enemy nation, sinking any merchant ships trying to get through.

  18. He is referring to the Economic war which in my opinion wasn't of massive importance.
