You only have 200k spy tower defense.
How do you expect to defend anything with that poop. You need at least 1m to be effective

If your stats are 6x theirs, they will be DTW to you

 

Either just go for a TVP bonus, or join a good clan.
I can take down an 8mil CS build (a least in an EE war)... I'm around 4-5mil CS. The BFE Dow it all. My BFE gives my build around another 2.5mil or so static stats.
Key word is static. You might have taken them down to close to zero troops, but they're still whooping your ass, as you said, because they have static stats.
Also, you better be attacking with full pots and mith. Another tip: The total bonus from pots gained by attack type pots is larger than the defense, giving attackers an edge.

Also, mid builds suck at EE. GH or big. Or towered, of course.

 

I only have 3 mill attack but can win attacks agaist 8 mil it's based on pots,bfe,bfa

 

your build isn't a war build l. you are a punching bag to ANYONE who can hit you. get towers

Go to a bigger clan like BG and war until you get better bfe,
Or build towers
