The only flaw I can see is how will new players get max p? As suggested elsewhere... 1. Raise initial hire price to match the games progression as above 2. Raise amount to the ally when an ally is newly hired, (eg. min 100,000, max 5mil - inflation experts could calculate better). 3. Introduce a new player spell where they do not require max p for the first four weeks.
